As we enter 2022 many of us are hoping for a little less uncertainty and a bit more resilience. There are countless ways to expand our resilience through mindful practice such as gratitude, breath work and meditation. Join Cally Ritter in a session which examines and celebrates the resilience practice of JOY and AWE. While we naturally experience these strong emotions when seeing a world wonder such as the Grand Canyon, we can also intentionally seek and find joy and awe in our everyday lives. In this workshop we'll experience and recall moments of delight and wonder. Together we'll explore how to cultivate these positve enotions on a more regular basis and how to find joy and awe when we need them most.
