Take a break, and learn ways to alleviate mental and physical stress! A chair yoga class that will focus on breathing techniques to relieve the mind and build into stretches for the whole body from head to toe. This practice is appropriate for all ages and abilities. Modifications and options will be given and the whole class is seated.
